This is what I changed both my showers too. The holder is crap so i reused the delta one.

It is plastic, which i want since my kids always drops it. Saves the tub a little from chips.
No restrictor and full pause. It's not cali compliant, but Amazon ships it anyway.
Almost 3 years later and they still look like new. Glacier Bay is Home Depot's house brand, anything goes wrong, you bring it in and HD replaces it on its lifetime warranty.

I have been buying dozens of different showerheads from those aftermarket Amazon store return auctions (in this case it's from Home Depot/Lowes/Grainger). I can get showerheads for between $1-$10. I basically decided to see, since the cost of entry is so low, just how good all these various showerheads and showerhead/handheld units differ. Long story short, the don't really differ too much. The all metal ones are built nicer, but some of the plastic rainhead ones do a good job too. And as for the handhelds with all their spinny options, nothing has ever stood out to me as being a game changer. They all more or less offer the same/similar spray patterns.
And as for the low flow restrictor: I have ripped every single one out. There might have been 3 or 4 where they way they put the restrictor in, I wouldn't be able to get it past an inset/lip, so then with those, I just drilled it out with the largest diameter bit I could get away with. But they are all accessible. And in the dual showerhead/handheld they typically are put in both units.
Water restricting laws are absurd. Last time the planet "ran out"? Lol. More like an artificial limit of a resource for the excuse of charging more on the utility bill.
But you want to use MORE water to compensate to clean today.
Why do you think so many have eczema, itchy skin, etc? Switch from phosphates to enzymes detergents + low water use washing machines that don't clean well (why would you need a laundry sanitizer and odor removing rinse additive ?!).
Gotta force the deep wash + extra rinse cycles to get clothes clean.
Same with those using super low flow shower heads -why would you need full body deodorants of you've truly washed yourself clean?

Pause button would be perfect for an RV camper. Which one is it?
