For newer 4K releases like The Fugitive and Duel, yes. They haven't been that low yet. $12 each if you use Signup20 with a new email address.

Right, which I stated in the post, but there are a few newer releases that have never been this low like Duel and The Fugitive. $12 for The Fugitive is a fine deal for me because of how much I like that movie.
