This is NOT "their" (target) returns account! This is a pallet reseller who primarily purchases target pallets across the country. They are in fact horrific at managing their supply. I've purchased maybe 50 items from them for my store, and about 30%+ of those products were not as described. They're infamous for saying an item is New, when it is broken and used… or they'll say open box and it is returned and missing parts. Purchase WITH CAUTION!!! I always buy knowing I'm likely going to get screwed lol. And a side note: they have cancelled about 12 other orders I made and didn't give me an answer as to why. So I'm assuming it's out of stock….
Horrific customer service for sure! But hey, it's a good deal if you don't mind disappointment 1/6 times lol.
They primarily sell returned damaged/missing piece products. Occasionally get get bill new items off pallets.
