The lack of national teams and world cup mode, I would stay with FIFA23 sadly. Is only world cup season for FIFA to have world cup mode and all national teams?

But not all of them such as Japan. I only play the world cup mode usually so it lacks many national teams

I played 23 a LOT. In terms of gameplay, this was indiscernible. It is literally the exact same game. This is what it should cost for an annual squad update with zero changes to the game mechanics and features.

Sounds like FIFA/EA for sure.

Personally, my favorite soccer game is PES 2018 due to its smooth gameplay and yeah, the teams and players are outdated, but I don't care too much about that.
