Probably a tasty dessert, but don't fool yourself into thinking these are well-balanced breakfast or healthy snack.

- 26% sugar (9 grams out of 35g serving)
- More sugar and oil then peanuts

INGREDIENTS:

Bought these at Costco. These are the worst taste Nature Valley flavor. Sry but my honest opinion.

Yeah pretty much all nature valley products are mostly sugar, and these are no exception. Buy these if you want some tasty dessert treats, not to use as a breakfast substitute. I have to be careful not to eat bunch at once whenever I buy them or I'll easily blow past my daily value sugar intake.

I just bought four boxes last week.
If you are a peanut butter person... these are amazing. think.. peanut butter oatmeal cookie and you're in the same zip code.

highly recommended.

Also, these are 160 calories per bar, with 7g of fat with 2g being saturated. (0 trans fat), 0 cholesterol, 140mg of sodium, 22g of carbs with 3g of fiber, 9 grams of added sugars and 3g of protein. There is also a very small amount of iron.
