He meant the price is a touch more than the one from eBay; $200 vs $208.
That one doesn't have a touchscreen, they're the exact same models from the same seller.
This model does supports Variable Refresh Rate. It runs at 120hz refresh, when plugged into a power source and 60hz on battery.

There's a chrome flag that allows the LCD to run at 120hz at all times.

The problem with Lenovo refurbs is they will absolutely send you a crusty cheeto and bug infested laptop with scratches on it. It's a gamble.

Concerning... Lenovo's and the PCMag article both mentioned 60hz not the 120 mentioned on the eBay/Amz pages.

Technically yes, but the keyboard may be limtied (problem with number pad, backlight) and it will not see the internal M.2 eMMC. You'll need to replace it with an NVME drive.

See coolstar.org, audio and USB4 drivers are paid for Windows. You'll also need a SuzyQ cable from eBay to unlock the firmware for write.

It's best to use it as a Chromebook.

Anyone correct anything here, but I have one and got the FW unlocked. It's been a challenge with the included M.2 eMMC.

But what if you replace eMMC with NVMe? I have a 512GB sitting around and can use it on this machine. At this price, this is a solid machine.

Returned this Lenovo (previous deal price at $243) and got the Acer 516 gaming ($273). Acer is metal build and easy to convert to windows if needed. But currently serving well as school chromebook.
However at $200 this Lenovo can be a good value option if you are looking for a Chromebook.

Does this have 1080p webcam? If so, it'd upgrade to Chromebook Plus. Also, where does description say touchscreen? Thanks!

Did you read anything in the description?
It's clearly stated that this has FHD Webcam and also does not state anywhere about a touchscreen because it doesn't have one.

My apologies. I assumed based on this post (the featured comment doesn't show the post to which you responded) that you implied this one has a touchscreen. Didn't see that.

As for the webcam, maybe it's an issue with eBay's mobile interface, but "About this item" only shows Webcam: Yes. And "Item description from the seller" shows:

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

SPECIFICATIONS

Intel Core I3-1215U, 6C (2P + 4E) / 8T, P-Core 1.2 / 4.4GHz, E-Core 0.9 / 3.3GHz, 10MBIntegrated Intel UHD Graphics128GB EMMC 5.18GB Soldered LPDDR4x-426616" 2.5K (2560x1600) IPS 350nits Anti-Glare, 100% SRGB, 120Hz, TÜV Low Blue Light

Link up with your squad and start shredding with the IdeaPad Gaming Chromebook. It's packed with 12th Generation Intel Core i3 power but it's easy to use like the Chromebook you know. Built-in virus protection and automatic updates running in the background, so memory is dedicated to the game. And no more downloading patches. Just start your game, jump in a lobby, and crush that high score. Finally, a Chromebook specifically built for gaming!

Don't see webcam resolution anywhere.

Ordered Acer 516, immediately returned due to a bothersome current noise upon powering on.

My friend, I was referring to the description of this post which states all the features and specifications accurately according to the Lenovo official spec list. The sellers on eBay usually don't mention the complete specifications.
