Best results are Dollar General smart and simple, toilet paper designed for RVs, or Scott 1000 sheet septic safe. Generally cheaper and thinner (single ply) is better. Dye-free is preferred.
You can do your own tests by filling a sterilite tub with water and putting in a few sheets of toilet paper. It should break apart with fairly light motion.
For municipal systems, flushable wipes are not great. They combine with fat to form fatbergs and can clog pipes, not to mention they are expensive to clean out of the waste stream.
There are Youtube docs on this issue.
Nobody should be using wet wipes. Get a bidet attachment instead.
I would also question how healthy it is to repeatedly cost your private parts in toxic chemicals.
