there should be an investigation of Target and their bag fees for pickup items. I once had them separate my order into multiple bags and charged me $1 for each item when everything could have went into 1 bag...

I had it show up as in stock at my local Target and then get promptly marked as not available. Target ended up shipping a .50c item to my house with UPS and I can't complain 😂

I've never seen that option, usually I have to tell them at pickup I don't want a bag and they'll give me a refund
it still doesn't explain the 70% tax

Should be marked YMMV. $2.59 base price in my area, so $1.09 after coupon, plus tax and the ridiculous "bag fee" when I don't need a bag.

How much skin does 1 oz really cover?

This would be more for just face but it's not the best product for face. It's sunscreen and also protects a person from fingers pruning up and general extended water contact. Average adult needs about a shot glass of a sunscreen for full body coverage and needs to reapply regularly even if not in the water.
