Extra info: All games are near or at historical low prices. Zombie Army 4 comes with Season Pass 1 for free. Season Pass 2 at 89% is unheard of and the game is notorious for having overpriced DLC.

Zombie Army Trilogy contains both Nazi Zombie Army 1 and 2 (as well as exclusive new content, story, characters, items, etc.) in it, however it is rebalanced and has some differences. I found this video that does a good job of highlighting some of the major changes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LkWs2i4VK5A

TLDW: Weapon rebalancing such as weaker shotguns, enemy rebalancing such as slower skeletons and zombies. The biggest change i see is a change to the overall visuals that effects the atmosphere. NZA 2 features a red-orange tint that makes it look like a hellish landscape, zombies stumble in from the mist in the distance in NZA while ZAT shows you them spawning up from the ground in the distant mist, NZA has variety in the zombie models (camo uniform, medic uniform, burnt uniform, one with uniform that has an exposed ribcage) and ZAT only has the exposed ribcage zombie (if the video is to be believed).

My opinion: NZA 1 and 2 have better atmosphere and are more horror-inspired overall while ZAT is rebalanced and remade to be a more welcoming shooter experience for all types of players.

How does ZA4 compare to ZA3? I only play solo and found balancing really odd for many parts of 3 as it was so co-op focused.

*BTW I am not complaining 3 was bad, just not for me. So no need for anyone to attack me because you felt different regarding your playthrough.
