Grabbed one and took advantage of knocking off $40 the 75-300, $275 TMD for cam and 2 lenses, haven't seen a good Canon refurb deal like this in years.
I'd say get the T7 kit from the parallel deal for $40 more. They are almost identical cameras, but the T7 has a higher resolution sensor (24MP vs 18MP), a bigger screen and an IS lens.
While you could discount the difference in megapixels and the screen size, it's better to have image stabilization in the lens than not. Plus, you may get a T7 with non-crippled hotshoe (while T100 may all have a crippled one with a missing center pin).
While the T7 is the better camera, both are relatively old models (released in 2018). Canon no longer makes Ef/EF-S Lenses (though quality used lenes are available. for a young enthusiast photographer planning to invest in the Canon Ecosystem, I recommend saving up for the R50 Kit $449.
