Unless you are working on like industrial sized farm equipment or other heavy duty equipment, I highly doubt you need the power of the brushless one.

Just a heads up that these are really for different purposes. (I have both)
The one posted here is more for your general work. And it can probably handle at least 90% of any job that you have. And likely covers everything that a general user might need.
500 ft/lbs of force is a lot. You rarely run across something that requires more unless you are working on heavy equipment.
The $199 deal is more for your VERY HEAVY duty uses. It has 1300 ft/lbs of force for the release of bolts and 900 ft/lbs of fasten strength.
It is also a much heavier gun. This does matter, depending on how long you are holding it for use.
Also..900 ft/lbs means that if you run this at it's top tightening setting, you are in danger of sheering off bolts in some cases.
Hope this helps.
Where did I say it's only for lug nuts?
The non-brushless will remove any nut/bolt on a passenger vehicle.
If the person asking the question doesn't know if he needs 500# or 1300# of torque, then we can't really help. I was giving some use cases where you may need the power of the brushless.
This one will remove any nut/bolt from any passenger vehicle.
Like which one that costs $129 with battery and charger included?

The $199 one I was referring to is also the Mid Torque version. I did also see the High Torque $199 deal but I definitely don't need that much power. They have both on sale right now.
The main reason I need this is to work on my GMC truck, removing wheels, suspension, etc…. Also will use it on my other vehicles although the Highlander and CanAm X3 won't require as high of torque.
I use a torque wrench(if room permits) to tighten bolts, so this will mainly be used to break bolts loose.
I ended up pulling the trigger on the brushless mid torque btw. Seemed like a better deal for me.
Not sure if this link will work:

For your stated use, either this one or the mid torque you purchased will be plenty.
