You can't charge a laptop with it.
Obviously 20W isn't enough but for the average consumer that is an intentionally misleading picture. I work in consumer protection so don't even try and argue it some other way.

100 Wh, the anker 27650 is ok because it's only 99.54 Wh

Lol. Imagine... Of all the things you choose to complain about chinese amazon sellers at this point being so silly. Like, this doesn't even scratch the surface on weird product photos.
There were days where misleading advertising were stricken.
Side note: Salesman spoke to a consumer that mentioned "Cruise Control practically drives itself" loss a case because of that verbiage when they crash as missleading.
So seeing a laptop imagery next to a power supply more than likely promotes the ability to also charge/power a laptop 💻.
Who else caught their attention more appealing when seeing that.
Bought another semi unknown brand as Anker is too expensive now. New one works perfectly, apparently a new brand name of the former Rav Power brand who got kicked off Amazon a couple years ago. 65w charging speed, loving it! Got it down to 9% so far after charging tons of stuff for a few days now. Nice.
My issue with this one is that it only has 1 USB C port (which doubles as input/output).

If you want it to charge a laptop, know the specs requried to charge a laptop. Don't buy things based off of photoshopped chinese product images. I swear we are living in idiocracy. Use your brains people.

So I kept topping off my phone. The percentage was 70%, then 60%, then 50% ...then 0%. No idea where half the capacity of this giant battery disappeared to, it sure wasn't in my phone!
So I'm recharging it now. Which is slow as heck at 15w on the USB-C port. After 30 minutes it only reads 2% recovered! (Edit: After 4hr of charge on USB-C it's only at 50%!!!)
I think there's enough evidence that mine is going to be trash. Still, I'll see the process through.
Buyers: test then IMMEDIATELY and be ready to return if you get a lemon.
