Lots of minor differences, but some notable ones are that is has offset analog sticks (in case you missed the obvious) and is immune to stick drift (hall sensor based).
I own this controller, and it resembles more of an Xbox controller because of the design. There are no adaptive triggers since that is exclusive to Sony made controllers. Also, this controller doesn't have pure Bluetooth for connecting so you'll always need the dongle or a cable. It does have an adapter for connecting Bluetooth headsets though.
I know people like using stick drift to justify purchase but lemme break it down.
Used/Refurbished controllers are $30 and adaptive triggers. You can buy 5 controllers for this and if ever have problem - toss it.
