the only argument in my home is the cheating that my oldest tries to pull.
But the 80% key is to buy up all the properties after jail. People love PP and Boardwalk, but you only bankrupt someone if they happen to unfortunately land in that space. Plus, the cost to build can bankrupt the owner.
