Don't have Amazon Prime? Students can get a free 6-Month Amazon Prime trial with free 2-day shipping, unlimited video streaming & more.
If you're not a student, there's also a free 1-Month Amazon Prime trial available.
You can also earn cash back rewards on Amazon and Whole Foods purchases with the Amazon Prime Visa credit card. Read our review to see if it’s the right card for you.
Also, you can get just the tuner for around $12 off aliexpress. They are also a good source for pedalboard power supplies.
For about $200, you can get a nearly mint BOSS DD-500 off eBay. I know that's way more money, but it is also a tremendously better value, so just adding that for context in case you want to put the $40 towards something bigger. For the additional cost you'd get a higher quality looper with three footswitches which is easier to control, and you'd have dozens of delays, tap tempo, expression, midi, and far superior audio fidelity. I'd flat trade it for a Strymon flagship given the opportunity, but for $200 they are a steal thanks to all the guys that sold theirs when they went Strymon.
With that stuff said, I bought a similar looper pedal from Amazon for $10 when they were doing a closeout of the Amazon pedals, and it's still useful for having some fun, and I like to start a little looper and use that to dial in the tone of other pedals.
Just bought, and returned, this pedal. Bought it to loop some synth bass lines, and specifically for its size so I can take it on the road. Unfortunately, it's really unusable.
#1, it's noisy. Even with a pro DC supply, it generates its own noise.
#2, sound quality is really poor. All harmonics and bass are killed, so your loop sounds flat.
#3, and this one was the killer for me, mine added a good 3/4 second of dead mic at the end of each loop.
This Guitar Looper does require a 9V central negative power supply, which is not included.

When will everyone figure out that they can save so much money on Ali than Amazon if they have patience?

You do need an isolated power supply, if not you do get a little annoying squeal. Giving this it's own (cheap) power supply made it go away completely.
I have no problem with the sound quality or the 3/4 second mentioned, my loops sound great though I wouldn't use this for real recording.
I mainly use it for getting my ideas down and it works perfectly for that.
There are higher quality options out there, if you are trying to play gigs or do serious recording I can see why you would want to upgrade.
I also play guitar not bass so that may be a factor. There is also a page turner available that makes it way more useable for a live situation.
this is solid for $40
If you are fine with gray, with a powersupply is $57 minus 20%, basically ~$6 more for that included, or a few bucks more there is a different version with 9 slots/40 minutes and powersupply, $62 minus 30%

750ms dead air!? That would make it completely unusable! At 120bpm you would have 3 x 1/8 notes of dead air in every loop. The sloppiest of drummers wouldn't do that

You seriously underestimate my sloppiness!
I use this with USB power and have no noise issues, nor the dead air another user mentioned.
There are bigger and better pedals out there sure but if you want to start somewhere and don't wish to commit more money, this pedal holds up well
