TP link support has always been terrible in my experiences, switched to ASUS wifi 6 routers and have had minimal issues

At this point it depends on the price delta. If wifi7 mesh of comparable quality and node count is $50-70 more then I'd go 7 for future proof.

Technologically speaking a 6e mesh compared to 7 is going to give you the same benefits in 99% of consumer deployments.

TP-Link products have always worked so flawlessly and reliably for me, I've never needed support.
