Take Retail and divide by 2 to get a deal. For example, 1600 tulips / 2 is 800 tulips.

Me no likely @ thirteen fiddy clams, Sir Staff.
The real question is does the price clear the build-your-own price... With the newer 12gb Super, my guess is no... I'd like to see a better i7 at this price tho. This latest i5 will get the job done, but only at a lower price. For me anyway... **shrugs**

Thats wild. Is this legit only 50 bucks more for it being prebuilt?

Maybe this is a dumb question, but how exactly do they make money then on a prebuilt like this

They get reduced pricing from the manufacturers. Same way retailers get money by selling graphics cards.

Still waiting on the Costco deal with the 4070 super to show up, does this seem like a better deal? I5 vs i7, slightly smaller ssd and no water cooling. Thoughts?
