According to the Camels, these tires generally sell for $15 to $25 at Amazon in the last 5 years.

They're $23 at Target right now. https://www.target.com/p/schwinn-...A-80178043

27.5" = 650b metric equivalent, which is not 700c, so no it won't fit.

Good deal if it's your size. Just a little too wide for me.

Edit: reviews say they appear to be a little narrower than 38mm so what the hell in for 2. For commuting you'd want narrower tires to reduce rolling resistance.

I was looking into replacement tires for my Hybrid bike. It was about $15 when I checked yesterday. It dropped to $5.62, so I knew it was a good deal

Would this tire be good to replace a 700c x 40?

my current bike tire is 700x45c. it's a bit too wide i think. I guess 700x38c is a good replacement?

Considering on the box it says 35-43, what do you think?

Need a replacement for my Costco 700cc hybrid bike.
Got 2.
Quick question, how easy/ difficult is it to replace the tires? Do I need to buy any kit?

NOOB here. Would OP tire fit?:
700x25c , 25-622
700x25c , 28 x 1-5/8 x 1

EDIT: NVM, OP's 38mm would be too wide for 25c road bike. Doh!

not that difficult, but does take a little work. Deflate tire, remove wheel from frame, lever out tire edge... little by little all around, remove tire (&tube), do everything again in reverse. Levering the tire in and out can be a little troublesome if you're not use to it. Can be done with screwdriver or other hard tool with flat edge. Worst case is you can pinch the tube and make a hole and end up needing a new tube too. (well really worst you slip and end up gouging something with the screwdriver, like your leg... but let's skip that.) I'd suggest you grab a specialty bicycle levering tool if you're going to do it more than once or twice. I've had mine for a couple decades and it's pretty useful on the occasions you need them. Lots to choose from, most come in packs of two or three so you can keep the tire from popping back in while you move on to another section. I usually only need two, but have a set of three, like this:

The tires that came with my Trek bike are 700 x 35. Would these 700 x 38 tires work as a replacement?
