    Hmmm, the specs say 2x HDMI, but the 3d view on walmart page looks like 1 HDMI and 1 VGA. Can anyone confirm which it is?

    With a 300W PSU.... maybe a 115W 4060. You'd definitely have to limit the CPU from boosting (13400 max boost is 148W). At 65W it should have enough headroom.

    I have older version (Acer-TC-885) and while it isn't the fastest it runs very very quiet. So I think I'll gives this one a try as I need the 10 cores. thanks for posting!
