For the rest of us who don't own a Van Gtfo, these work great. Had at least 10 frames held up by them for 3 years, removed every single one with zero damage, moved, re-hung most of them with new strips and been flawless so far.
The product is excellent.
At $.62/pair, the deal is meh and doesn't show up for me. I only see a $2.99.
Here is a better deal for a big pack of large and medium ($.50/pair): https://a.co/d/807KrzS
And this mega pack of large ($.49/pair): https://a.co/d/7M8aguO
Caution with this particular command strip product. The glue they use to connect the hook/loop strip to a plastic strip and then to the command strip adhesive has a finite life. I had them fall apart after 3 or so years.

I have a few that left 2" tears in my walls.
I feel like a 2mm hole would have been better

I've had at least four pictures fall down and either destroy the frames or put dents in my walls/baseboards in the process, all around this same time frame. Fairly light objects nowhere near the weight limit, too.

Honest question, did you follow the directions fully? I've used probably +100 of these across two houses for years with only one fall that was in a bathroom with a lot of steam. When I've talked friends that have had issues; they didn't fallow the directions of once installed remove the item and let the command strip glue fully adhere before you put the item back on.

Agreed. I have a max-weight wooden frame that has been hanging for 3-4 years. Made sure surface of wall was clean, there was a light film of dust and household residue. I will admit I was nervous due to the weight of the frame but it is still holding strong.
