Will the value of these coins raise with gold prices? also is it easily tradable? meaning how sooner i can convert this to cash?

it costs a fee to trade it through a bullion exchange. roughly 70$ below spot. if you don't have a local exchange, then you have to mail it in insured then you pay government taxes on your profit it when filing

Nope, once you buy this coin it can only be sold for what you paid. It's the law of the Canadian mint.
Where can I see that? I do not doubt you, but would like to store the URL for the information for future reference.

Also, would that restriction be valid in the USA also?

Google "Canadian Mint Fixed Resale Price" and you'll find it. Yes it's valid worldwide.
What if someone bought 10 years ago, they will sell for huge discount against current gold prices?

I am clearly joking, I thought I would have some fun with such an absurd question.
What a relief… was getting real concerned about the Mounties breaking down my door…No thank you Constable but No these are just chocolate inside for Easter for my kids

Yes, the only way to get around this is to melt the coin. Just make sure no one knows as it's even more illegal to melt these coins.
Preferred location for melting these would be Mount Doom located in Mordor in middle earth.

Sure, coinshops do buy them back or online retailers like JMBullion. Central banks keep adding gold and inflation seems to continue. Gold is like an insurance
