So either grips that easily slip on and off, or grips that stay on pretty much forever with a battery door.
If you play a lot, you need to change the battery weekly. Otherwise, maybe monthly. When you do change your battery, you have to remove the grip.
This can be a pain in the ass process, especially if you are in a multiplayer game.
If you are pretty casual, it's no big deal. If you play a lot, you may want to invest in something a little more convenient.
Narrow the comments to battery, and you will see many people find that as their only frustration:

Yea reviews kinda speak to this a little bit but seems like its only a minor setback for most people as they still thoroughly enjoyed the grip and the product itself. Great feedback though!
The reviews are really good. So it's really just a matter of convenience. And if it inconveniences you, you can always eventually purchase something else.
KIWI has some that are $24 and they are well known.

AMVR is a good brand and I use theirs, without the doors, but they are easy to slip on and off using the velcro. They were the "best" solution years ago until other companies improved.
These are similar to one set that I have at $15 (A few of us had to cut the plastic near the thumb as it rubbed my thumbs):

Here's one with doors for $18.

I've gotten another brand that I really like that are just the knuckle straps without grips for very cheap, but they are no longer for sell. They were about $5.
I also bought a pair from a cheap unknown Chinese company that were really good, except for that the metal rivet that attaches the strap would leave rust marks on my hand (within weeks of use). I'll mod them to cover the rivet to prevent that, but that should never happen with a good product.
The top 3rd party brands for Quest accessories are: (Bobo, KIWI, AMVR, and VR Cover).
(Yes, I've purchased a lot of VR gear)
