I agree. The deal is still good with taxes nonetheless.

I know sales tax might apply to the price before MFR coupon. The $.55 is more than 10% of the $4.99. The regular sales tax in MN is less than 9%. Something is wrong with the target sales tax system.

Great find, my taxes were + .33 . Oddly the taxes are based on the price before coupon.

It depends entirely on what state you live in. There's states that tax before manufacturer coupons and states that tax after manufacturer coupon and then there's Delaware where there's no sale tax at all
