Saw this on my Chase app

I know this is not a great deal considering Chase portal but might be useful for someone who is somehow gonna use this.

They are a useless intermediary between you and the organizer/airline. Everything takes forever, and they are more of a roadblock than help if anything goes wrong with a booking. Never again!

Me neither! It does say after 8 weeks of the trip. I'll wait and see if I get the points when that passes.
I received an email this week from Chase saying I got the 7k points. Says it will appear on my account within 8 weeks.
May 24-26 so it was a while back.

Called the CSR number. They had to manually add the points in. Make sure you have a screenshot of the activation to prove you activated it. Apparently it's an old offer so they can't pull the information up.
I called Chase and the first rep said that the offer was never activated, which makes no sense. He was pretty adamant about it. Asked for a manager and the manager said they would submit a manual claim and I should see it within like a week.

By the way, sending the attachments and message was difficult as they had issues with the interface. I was able to send attachments but couldn't add a message. I was then able to send a message but couldn't attach any file.
Shame on Chase for make this extremely difficult to get.
