I have this and use it for my main backwork for work: I have a 14" laptop in there, a wireless mouse, 2 note books, a few pens, and some general necessitates in there (aspirin, those small issue packs, hand sanitizer, etc) and an umbrella. And that's pretty much all that'll fit in there, it's surprisingly has much less space than you'd think and honestly just having the umbrella in there, you can feel the uneven pressure on your back. I'd love to take a coffee mug in there too and it would fit but it just be even more misshapen.
