How does that profit the Russian government though? Regular people are supporting Valve instead and able to enjoy the games.

I bought Heat and it is mad laggy and stuttering on a i7 12700k with a NVIDIA 3060 the game plays ok but the cut scenes and audio stutter a lot. It is annoying.
