OK so backwater places are Alabama, North Dakota, Maryland and New Hampshire for some reason and Georgia is mostly in the stone ages for ebike laws and Hawaii 10mph max for some reason
Presume as time goes by these will change to allow use more though idiocy is hard to change sometimes.
Ebikes class 1,2,3 are allowed every place a pedestrian or bike is as usually are scooters without a seat with max speed of 28 on flat.
They are allowed on all sidewalks except certain local exceptions usually revolving around a business district
There are new forestry regulations limiting ebikes to trails not marked non-motorized yet several (I don't know about how many ) allo) allowdal only ebike use on no motorized trails without compromising the if a trail allows motorized it shall forever be changed to motorized anor alld suffer potential funding looses
Bikes including 1-3 ebikes are allowed on roads of appropriate speed, bike lanes and sidewalks as well as any walking and biking paths not specifically closed to bikes or marked non motorized (us Forrest)
Pedestrians are never allowed in bike lanes.
Bikes can be ridden or walked across intersections or cross anywhere a pedestrian would be allowed.
Bikes not fitting into class 1-3 750w or more, over 28mph on flat etc are illegal to ride almost anywhere in the United States In any public place.
Evidently there are a few exceptions
I wish we had laws everywhere that people posting illegal activities on social media would serve as proof of activity and enforceable actions apply.
People riding the 35, 50, 80mph non titled as motorcycle ebikes are violating the law almost 100 percent of the time in media/influencer posts
This is also the case with those scooters without seat that are capable of over 28 (like say 80mph)

It has more power than I expected. The acceleration was better than previous ebikes I had in the past. The display was nice and slim. The grip was nice but I sort of wish I extended out more. It was a bit too compact and I would have liked it to go out more so it's easier handling. It's a complete straight bar and I wish it was longer and curved back more like a beach cruiser. The way it is so straight and compact makes it uncomfortable for longer rides.
Seat was good. Acceleration was excellent as I mentioned. Only rode it around neighborhood for a few minutes so did not test how long the range would be.
Disc brakes were OK. A bit soft and you dont get that nice crisp responsiveness of hydraulic brakes.
Ride was comfortable.

Bought this for a 1.5 mile commute to work. Sadly at my hospital, parking scarcity and fees make biking the fastest and most economical option for where i live.

Range was pretty good. I did cruise control for about 8miles at top speed of 24.9mph. When I got home, it was little less than half battery remaining. It's faster than I thought. You shouldnt be riding at top speed on sidewalk... I usually drop it down to PAS2 (max speed 12mph) when riding on sidewalk.
Ride is smooth. Seat got uncomfortable after half hour of sitting. Had to stand up while moving occasionally just to stretch out. Bike and pedal was able to comfortably support me @ 230lb while I was standing.
Brake is a little soft... but if you anticipate your stopping point, you can let off the gas and coast.
Overall, I like it. I just bought a second one for my son. $519 (no tax) is a good deal as our first bikes.
