I'm surprised boneless wings took so long to be invented. Those are the easiest chickens to catch.

I got them a few times, they are not to my liking, definitely not restaurant quality more like frozen food.

Says the person who's likely never eaten there, wouldn't know the difference and enjoys their free cafeteria food!😁 I'm not promoting Applebee's....but it's far better than cafeteria food!
You can tell when something is hand breaded and fried vs frozen such as Tyson's nuggets at the grocery store. Applebee's is definitely the latter and I'd argue Tyson's in the oven is better. To each their own, but why even dine out if you're going to get cheap, heavily breaded nuggets, you could make better in your oven at home

Dry ass "wings"... they actually weren't bad in size and taste, not overcooked (that's a B-Dubs specialty), and $0.50 is a fantastic deal in this market. My issue is that there's barely any sauce at all. Then if you want more sauce, they want $1.00.

So they serve dry food then charge me extra to make it taste good?

It's surprising that people still don't seem to understand that different locations prepare things differently. 2 KFCs near me, and one doesn't even salt their chicken and I'm not exaggerating. 2 Applebee's near me. One's food is coagulated, cold garbage and the other is hot, fresh, well prepared food.

Maybe a lot of people lack sense nowadays?

Literally a frozen chicken nugget that's rubbery and hard loaded with the worlds nastiest BBQ sauce.

Seems impossible! but OK, I'll play along. If that were truly the case ("frozen, hard, chicken nuggets with the world's worst sauce")....which are entirely unlike the ones I've had (but my Applebee's is a magical place, I guess), I'd just stop eating them after the first one and return them to the restaurant. Unless you were there (which makes it even easier to get them replaced or refunded). Either way, there are better options than eating them and then just moaning and groaning about it here on SD!

You're absolutely right about variations based on location (even though they may not be as extreme as you depicted). However, what customers need to do is complain more (and even return the food for a replacement or a refund)....but instead, they complain about it to their friends and here on SD (perhaps elsewhere as well). Accomplishing nothing in the end. If the location has enough customers complaining in their face, they'll likely do something about it....vs. getting over on customers, which is, unfortunately, all too common these days!

Kinda worth $1.00 if you like extra sauce and would've enjoyed them more. Since they weren't overcooked (as you stated), then they weren't really "dry". They just had too little sauce. I'd suggest that you order them there next time and explain that there was very little sauce the previous time. They'll likely add some extra sauce and not charge you anything. At least, that's what they should do.

No clue what "qunity" means, but since you're the official boneless wing detective, this community will gladly task you with the job! Regardless, I can assure you that these are most definitely not "glorified deep fried bread"! That's ridiculous! Enjoy your assignment!
at least that qunity is a correct term when i google. but i dont know wth your statement of "Maximum quantity is 10 orders." is.

Perhaps you/the OP mean "quantity". "Qunity" isn't a word (nor is it a "term"). It states that there is a 10 order maximum on Applebee's website. That means you can place as many as 10 orders, if you'd like.

Sorry to disappoint you, but I'm neither working for Applebee's or being paid in any way, so your "shilling" remark is ridiculous and out of line! Nor did I refer to Applebee's as "fine dining". Nor was I opining on anything else on their menu. Exaggerate much?
I wouldn't consider NYC a rural area. Assume much? I was referring only to the boneless wings, since my experiences with them have been quite good. Truth be told (and it may oddly apply only to the location that I frequent), other items (such as their burgers and seafood) have been quite good as well....and definitely not microwaved! I'm so glad that you enjoy the fake Italian food at Olive Garden (a Darden Restaurant) or perhaps you've attempted to chew a steak (good luck with that!) at Outback Steakhouse (a Bloomin' Restaurant). Two of the worst restaurants in the country! I wouldn't exactly call those "fine dining" either (your standards aren't very impressive)! The bottom line is that these chain operations can all leave something to be desired, but Applebee's isn't that lowly, horrible place that you represent it as!
....and btw, unless you've personally observed how food is prepared there, you can't attest to their obsession with microwave cooking. I'm almost certain that it's not nearly as rampant as you described....and everything, everywhere comes out of a bag or a box. Fresh food items aren't packaged inside of a refrigerator? They're just strewn all around the kitchen? Thanks for the valuable information!
Dude you're wasting too much mental energy on this. Just accept people are going to have a different opinion and move along. This back and forth is not helpful to anyone.

I picked the worst offenders. Most places are somewhere in the middle.
