Also will come with the original Fender premium molded hardshell case. May have some light surface scratching but in overall very nice clean and fresh condition.

I bought an Acoustasonic from them and it was brand new.
How so? What issues did you have?
It can look sealed in the box with all the tags, but that's just cause it's been 'officially' refurbished.
Fenders/Squires when refurbished will have a sticker serial number over where the original is and will be stamped with "USED" on the back of the headstock. Not sure if they do the same to other brands or not.

They definitely will. I ordered an Aerodyne Tele from them that arrived with an issue and they took it back no questions asked.
I had a finish crack on an aerodyne telecaster that came in. Box was sealed. Reached out and the customer service was amazing. I have purchased a few guitars from them and highly recommend.
