Hack to get around $10 min

On a computer 🖥 Is easier than a phone.

1) sign into your account.
2) add the item or items you want to buy.
3) add ANYTHING else to hit $10.
4) proceed to checkout where you are entering your card information.
5) copy and paste link to a new window (doesn't need to be incognito) or just duplicate window.
6) go BACK to delete the item you don't want in one window, go forward to confirm checkout after deleting in the other.

I cleared out my store and got the last 2 bags they had in stock.

The 2 bags I got don't expire until the end of 2024.

I don't know why these were on clearance for so cheap, but I'm not complaining.

Does that mean these meatballs are small too? I prefer my meatballs big and mouthful.
Sorry. That's what she said?

Made spaghetti and meatballs with this and the meatballs had plastic in them. Never purchasing again.

Textured soy flour.. This essentially wood shavings?

Quote :
Textured soy flour (TVP) can be added to meatballs for a couple reasons:

Add bulk and structure: TVP is a good source of protein and fiber, and it's relatively inexpensive. It can help stretch the meat further, making more meatballs without needing a whole lot more beef. This can help bring down the production cost.
Improve texture: TVP absorbs flavors well and can add a meaty texture to meatballs, especially since they are pre-cooked and dehydrated. This can be especially helpful if the meat in the meatballs is lean or has a finer grind.
So, it's not necessarily all about skimping on meat. However, it can certainly be a more cost-effective way to produce meatballs.

Here are some things to consider:

Look at the ingredient list. The higher the TVP on the list, the more there is in the meatballs.
If you prefer more meat and less filler, you can look for brands that have a higher meat content or make your own meatballs at home.

No, not even close. I've purchased bulk soy TVP by itself for use in cooking, no resemblance to wood shavings whatsoever. It's likely the healthiest ingredient in the product.

I recognize that tvp is nutritious food for humans. But, as an obligate carnivore, it doesn't belong in a MEATball. Maybe in a Vegan-fauxmeatball. You can't fool me with fake meat. My manservant has tried - I won't touch an impossible burger.

How often does this go on sale? How is this brand compared to others? Also there was one brand I use to buy frozen meatballs from... I believe they also sold turkey meatballs as well and they were regular size meatballs compared to this site.

I remember they came 12 in a package. Anyone know the name of that? It wasn't from walgreens but it was a brand name that was popular back then. Also to those that can buy this, how many can you order at once? Also when you pick it up, you only need the order number on your phone and that is it? How exactly does this work since it's a frozen product and you go pick it up? When you order it online, they don't know when you will pick it up so someone at your local walgreens will take whichever amount of bags and put it in their special freezer for online orders so that way people who buy at the store can't buy the remaining ones right?
Also if you buy this at walgreens, it's regular price?

Just curious, how do they do pickups for frozen food? They have a smaller freezer just for pickups?
They better keep them frozen! I'll find out soon enough!

I'm showing limit 1 at that price on the Walgreen's app
Not "limit 1". That's what was (supposedly) available at that particular store. Supposedly, because 1 is often a ghost!
This is a HUGE YMMV!
