Confirmed by me (will add receipt scan later on, have to remove personal info first)
Because the recycle of any TECH or any INK CARTS requires an SKU be entered by the cashier, the system considers this a purchase! I added a box of the qualifying crayons (they had them at the register in my store) and scanned the app coupon while recycling a battery and my total was $0! Reg retail of these crayons is $4.49.
