Just a heads up - these short stories take place during the 3rd book (Cytonic) in the main Skyward series and should be read before or after it. That said, they might be the best part of the series so far.

Agreed--I found these novellas better and more engaging than the main books in this series. I did use the slickest deal to get the though... public library.

First two can be read before the third book. The third might have minor spoilers for the third book so it was suggested to read it after the third book. I also think that's how they were released.

Haven't read this one yet, but read most of Sanderson's other books. Each and every one was great.

I read these to my daughter recently and they were GREAT! I was as into them as she was! We ended up buying all the others in the series and are on the 3rd main book now. Really fun stuff!
