Woot! has the New Omega Pro 82002 1/2" Pneumatic Air Impact Wrench 450 ft-lbs Torque for $47.99. Shipping is free with Amazon Prime. Compare to same model 82002 priced at $114.90 at Home Depot, and $131.99 on Amazon.

This isn't a 1,000 ft-lb torque monster but looks to be a well built everyday impact for medium duty at a low price. Looks like a clone of an Ingersoll Rand 231 or 232.

The Omega Pro 82002 1/2 inch door air impact wrench has a pistol grip design for control and comfort. This is suitable for professional jobs.
Pistol grip design for control and comfort
Low vibration for reduced fatigue
Twin hammer mechanism provides max 450 ft-lbs torque

Lug nuts are typically 100-140 ft-lbs, so this impact should have plenty of power for that job at 450 ft-lbs rated. It's a good idea to torque lugs with a torque wrench to factory specs upon re-installation if possible. Harbor freight sometimes runs sales on a 1/2" drive torque wrench that will do the job for $15 or so.

Be advised; pneumatic impacts use a lot of air so the going may be a little slow if you have a smaller compressor.
