Wondering if this is worth it for the tablet alone (assuming I'd sell the controller for ~$50). I really want a 5G/LTE capable tablet to pair with my Gamesir G8 but I hate the joysticks on this Kishi.
Any other small tablets to consider around or less than this price?

Lenovo Y700 (2023)? got mine for $270 awhile back and very capable. A bit bigger than this but this just feels like a midrange phone missing the phone bits?

I don't have this device but I do have a logitech G cloud ($299, sometimes on sale for less). I would think since the G Cloud can do all the various streaming services, xbox, ps, and geforce, this device can as well. The G Cloud has been an excellent game emulator and streaming device, especially for battery life. Neither the G Cloud or this device do 5g/lte. The 5g version of the Razer Edge is quite expensive ($600). The Razer Edge does have a better quality screen (amoled), more internal storage (128 gb vs 64 gb), 1 more gig of ram (5 vs 4), and a slightly better video gpu (adreno 660 vs 618). 618 is the bare minimum to play Warzone Mobile. The play store said the game wasn't compatible on G Cloud. Just downloaded the apk online and it worked.
Anyone looking at this should probably just get an Odin 2. Cheaper and much more powerful. There may be other features of the razer that make it better for niche scenarios, but if your just using it to play ps2/gamecube/switch and maybe android games, then the odin 2 beats it hands down.

I'd echo Wabajack13's suggestion, the Y700 is pretty amazing. 8.8" 16:10 aspect ratio, gen 1 cpu, 12/16gb ram. It's a mini beast. Around $350 to $400 on ebay, or if you want to wait a month or two it's supposed to be coming to the US market.

But you can get a used steam deck OLED for this price
I wish.
Nothing less than $500 in my area for a used OLED Steam Deck. Can't get it on Swappa. eBay isn't any better.
Point is, I would suggest that for many people the odds of landing an OLED Steam Deck at or near this price is next to zero. Even getting an LCD version at this price isn't easy to find. Again, nothing on Swappa for $300. Marketplace has a few beat-up ones for $350 but most are between $400 and $450.
