- Enable Font Antialiasing: Yes
- Choose RGB (between Grayscale, RGB and BGR)
- Set contrast to 2200 (the maximum allowed amount)
After this tweak, I immediately felt like the AW3423DW was equal in text sharpness to my previous 34" IPS ultrawide (LG 34GN850). Full disclosure that the ever-so-slightly blurry text didn't really bother me before but this tweak makes this a non-issue for Windows users. If you factor in other OLED advantages, the AW3423DW easily bests the LG 34GN850.Source: me, having owned the AW3423DW (the older G-Sync version which uses the same panel as the 3423DWF) as my daily driver for almost 2 years now. I also applied this tweak to my LG 65" CX in the living room that's connected to another Windows PC, as well.
