If having issues connecting the unit to WiFi - move your phone away from the unit. This is common for most smart devices. Start the setup process in a room with the unit, then once the unit is trying to connect, take your phone away from the unit. I replicated the connection issues by sitting in the room with two units, the.n resolved the issue by walking into a different room.

I also wish these didn't have the fan wobble issue, I have 4 of these and two got the wobble after about a year and a half/two years.
