The labdoor testing shows it is expired and that happens when it goes untested for 2 years. With the company changes, bad batches being the norm, and complaints against them in the past 2 or 3 years I would steer clear.

Careful for those who have not ordered from MP for months. The new recipe is TERRIBLE!

We got the impact whey and got a refund, so much more filler (sunflower lecithin) we hated it! They cut servings down, added more filler, made scooper bigger.......

decent deal if you need whey, however there have been better deals recently that I've stocked up on (e.g. 10lbs of ON Gold Standard for $63 shipped), so I'm passing for now

yeah better deals for the inferior concentrate powder. haven't seen a price this good on iso for a long time

Their formula has definitely changed. Been using them for years and the most recent packs I've bought had completely different taste, texture, and color. Stopped buying.

I wouldn't say ISO / concentrate blend, especially ON is inferior. Plenty of studies show that unless you're competing in bodybuilding where every gram of fat / carbs is tracked closely... OR if you have dietary restrictions / lactose intolerance etc, blends are fine (possibly better, depending on the study). Also, that extra 1.5g of fat and 2g with ON can be trusted; myprotein, while they're usually one of my go tos, I'm not sure I trust them enough to say that it's outright better than ON Gold standard.

Then again I always forget the strongest, most jacked people in the world that all hold exercise and nutrition science PHD's are in the slickdeals comments section, so reps to you!

Taste is subjective but IMHO myprotein flavors have always been the worst and I've had the most digestion issues with them whereas every other protein tastes better and didn't give me bloating.

I can't speak to any of the flavored stuff but the last bags of Unflavored seem to be consistent with pre-BoomingEconomy product (price notwithstanding ofc).

So in for 2 and if they've changed the formula, well, adjustments will be made going forward. I'd very much like to get a source on the following however:

Concentrate isn't inferior. Isolate just has a higher % of protein in each scoop.

Muscle builds exactly the same from 30 grams of protein from Concentrate or Isolate.

If you are very Lactose intolerant or sensitive to dairy isolate may be superior for you.
