Found a trip from LAX to San Francisco for under $500 at a sketchy hostel but worked for me (didn't place order. Use the best fare finder to see the cheapest dates. Anything after June 2024 was automatically $250 each way for airfare :/

JetBlue is cutting routes between LAX and SFO starting in June so that's probably why it's so expensive
