This offer knocks down the Walgreen or Target 'sales'. The 'price' for the two 12 packs is $9.99 each for $20 and then you get three free. The weekly add identifies Coke, Pepsi and Canada Dry, but Dr. Pepper has always been included in these sales in stores in California. Sale expires on April 3.

Just checked and Ralph's (Kroger) has the same price but I like the Pavilions reward program better.

The retail price has gone up again in the last month (not a surprise) - they were $8.99 ea last month at Albertsons/Vons, buy 2 get 3 free, so it was $17.98 for 5 ($3.60 ea+tax/CRV). Soda prices were already stratospheric, and they just keep going up. This is an 11% price increase in less than one month. Do they really think no one notices? This is far more than the rate of inflation in just about everything, I'm not even sure gas has gone up as much as soda (in percentage terms) in the past month.

People notice; some on TikTok are already calling for a planned boycott, all stemmed from Kelloggs (Let them eat cereal) gaffe, and Wendy's failed surge pricing comment

EVERY week the price for sodas (and ice cream) changes. So you must wait for the price to drop to about $4.00 for a 12-pack and pass when it is $6.00 - $10.00. Until recently, the sale price would be below $3.00

There is a limit to one offer per household. You can buy 5 only, not multiple of 5s.

In SoCal, there is a $2/2 pepsi digital coupon to load as well. Buy 2 pepsi to trigger the coupon, then you can pick up any other brand soda for the other 3. 5 packs for 17.98. In Las Vegas, I believe their $2/2 coupon is for coke, pepsi, or 7 up.
