Yes there is a risk, of course, but the fisker extreme is very tempting at this price point if they can live up to the warranty
You do know that starting in 2024 dealerships were able to register with the IRS for reimbursements?
The rebates are instant because they're taken off at the point of sale, the dealers are reimbursed within 15 days.
If you still think it's a good idea to buy a car from a company that is about to declare bankruptcy...well, not much I can say.

Great car, excellent drive, meets EPA range (Checkout edmunds review video -- here [youtube.com]) and this build quality at the current prices makes it an awesome deal. The risk of banckruptcy is hovering and is a valid concern. I'm hoping Fisker somehow gets out of this hole and proves themselves.
My views may be biased as I did not have issues with my particular vehicle. Everybody on the internet has an agenda and not everything being said on this forum is true. So, do your due diligence before you jump in and are able to deal with the setback, if things go south.
