burnout paradise doesn't need wheel support, its a game that requires you to slam your opponents to the wall as much as possible. if you tried to do that on a wheel you would just break your own arm Big Grin... or at the very least be very very tired by the end of 1 race. its not really a racing sim. Do you need wheel support playing demolition derby?

Its a deal breaker for him and a fair one, why try to convince a person of something they obviously dont want?

Anyway I wholeheartedly concur. Phenomenal game. Still my favorite racing game - the most fun I've ever had in one, and all my best racing game experiences & memories originate from this masterpiece. Worth so much more than the $2 asking price.

I agree with you, a wheel is not needed in any way, but I also can see it from an enthusiast point of view. I used to play fighting games competitively, I would not touch the 2 games I played without my stick. Yeah I could fumble my way through with a pad casually, but sadly stick skills dont correlate to pad skills.

This game is badass though, even in its ancient state it still plays and looks great.

I loved all the Burnout games and never played one with a racing wheel until this game came out on Xbox 360, it was awesome. Played this more than any other racing game with my force feedback wheel, you shouldn't go through life without trying that. I feel EA was lazy with this "remaster" along with NFS Hot Pursuit cash grab, and yes I've played both.
