Clothing that doesn't have pockets (lots of dresses) or useless ones. I've never lost my phone, so I'm not worried about that?
I go to a lot of baseball games and the restrictions have gotten insane - this was an easy way when I had to quit bringing my bag-of-holding purse that could carry a full meal.

Never understood the appeal of a wallet that attaches to a phone.
Lose both my communication device and way of paying and identification jacked in one swoop? I access my wallet about .03% of the time I use my phone, why always have it in the way and able to fall off so easily? Risk demagnetizing cards?
Honest question, why do people like this idea over a wallet that stays safely tucked in a pocket?
I am not frequenting places where phone theft is common, and in the very unlikely event it does get swiped, I can easily cancel cards and get a new ID. It's inconvenient, but the convenience of not having to go around the house to grab my wallet when I'm heading out the door outweighs that. Plus I can have one pocket occupied instead of two. I strongly dislike sitting on a wallet.
I carry an ID and one Visa card in the event I can't use Apple Pay, but about 98% of the time I leave the house, I need my phone and wallet (card + ID).
I have never had one of these wallets fall off. They are usually stronger than Apple's own magnetic wallet attachments. I mean, I charge my phone on a MagSafe stand that uses magnets to suspend my phone for hours.
Cards don't really demagnetize, and nobody uses the magnetic strip these days anyway.
This stays safely tucked in my pocket, and honestly I'm less worried about this falling out than a slippery wallet in my back pocket.

I moved from my standard wallet to a Magsafe one. Can't move back. Now I always keep my driver's license and one CC with me at all times, for situations when I can't use the CCs on my Apple digital wallet. Never had issues with demagnetization, and it's been years that I have been using these wallets. I understand it's a matter of choice, and most wallets just have space for 2 cards, but it is a perfect setup for me, even on airports.
I've been using it for over a year but not as daily driver. I've used it for 2 months and strap broke so I got another one but I'm using their magnetic wallet with hinge as daily driver and using this one when I need to reduce bulk. Pros: 1.magnetic is stronger than magsafe wallet. 2. Compared to magsafe, you can fit 3 cards and comfortably take out even if the cards are not embossed and thick (venture x for example) because you can push from the bottom. Cons: 1. The loop got damaged about in 2 months near the opening where metal button clicks. If that happens, finger loop won't stay open to use as kickstand because it doesn't click anymore. 2. I wish they covered metal button with plastic or vinyl to smooth it out because I'm always worried that the metal button would damage my ipad so I can't hold my phone and ipad in one hand.
If you try not to use it as stand in vertical mode, it might last longer than 2 months but at this price, this is no brainer if you like using magsafe type wallet
Yup. And the added bulk. No thanks. Tried one and returned it.
I've used a MagSafe wallet for years. I'll never go back to carrying around a standard wallet I have to sit on or uncomfortably jam in my front pants pocket. To each their own.

And also your health insurance card, I'm assuming?
Personally, I use a pop up wallet that has a slot for an AirTag. Still slim but I cannot condense to less than 5 cards so I'm not sure how everyone else is doing 3 cards. I go to Costco too, that's already 4. I don't like chancing if a place as Apple Pay or not, so I take more than 1 CC because I use cashback offers and sometimes one will be better than the other with a higher % cashback.
Says frequently returned item…anybody comment on personal use?
I have one and use it on my "magsafe" case. It's probably returned because you can only fit 3 cards max and they are difficult to get out. I've been using it for 2 months and it is very liberating to not have a wallet. The 3 cards I carry are my DL, bank card and 1 credit card. Cash is difficult to put in so I just put the cash in my pocket. This makes me use apple pay more and more.

I carry most commonly used cards in Magsafe wallet. I loaded Costco Visa onto Apple Digital Wallet which my Costco accepts as payment. Health ins is stored digitally on phone.
If its a quick or small trip I just bring phone + magsafe wallet. If it's a larger shopping trip I bring phone + magsafe wallet + big boy wallet
I choose to not care about missed credit card pts on the small purchases. 1% more in points on a $4 drink is 4 cents. compare that to a $400 grocery trip, thats $4.

Does Costco let you in by holding up the digital card on your phone? If so, that's rad!

I'm a guy and there are times that I'd like to not carry a full wallet. I will have my phone so I can condense down to license and 1-2 CCs. Unless I'm going to a dr appt I don't need my ins card, if I did it is on an app on my phone, if I couldn't access it I can provide the information at another time. If I'm going for a specific cash back then I can plan ahead for that card to be with me. Especially during the summer I might want lighter shorts and not need bulk of a wallet, phone, keys, knife…
I've had concerns about a wallet popping off, but using a MagSafe charger/mount in my car I feel like it's not likely to be an issue. My gf has one and I've never seen any issues with her. Going to give this a try.
Kinda awkward question, but have anyone used one of these with a Samsung S23U magsafe case?
I have a different brand(more like no name ebay china brand) similar wallet, but on all my 3 magsafe cases, the top left corner doesn't sit flush to the case because that is where the camera cutout is. It doesn't really affect the camera in my experience, but I am constantly afraid it might fall off because of that corner, not fully making contact with the back of the case.
Anyone else experienced this?

In the last 5-10 years, I've not had to show my card walking in to Costco or Sam's. I just walk by them and say hi.
