Great price for a laptop with a 4080. I was thinking about getting this from Acer's website in a previous deal, and I found a few different reviewers that said that it runs hot and loud. And you can't undervolt since it's locked in bios.

Well, it's not FP (as of this comment anyway), just "Popular" (you prob have your settings set up to show you "popular" or certain things as if it was FP). But SD should make that a mandatory field to fill in order to post, lol.

SD staff and mods can do whatever they want, including preventing you from posting specific deals because they want to be the ones to get all the referral credits. Most Front-Page 'Deals' aren't deals and only on the front page because of shilling by Slickdeals itself. That's why 80% of "deals" are just retail arbitrage from failing eBay stores or shifty Amazon resellers with highly suspect names and review history for completely unrelated products. If it looks like trash with a 5/5 star rating, it's because it's trash that has been edited to reflect a 5 star rating.
