If yours is a gmail address (i.e. [email protected]), register for a new Boost account using an alias version of your email address (by adding a plus sign '+' after 'username' followed by any other text, such as [email protected]). Emails sent to such alias addresses will arrive in the main [email protected] account's inbox.

Note: Even though the plus sign '+' is valid per email address RFC standards, many web-sites reject such email addresses (violating the aforementioned RFC standards). Gmail ignores the period '.' character in the username part of e-mail addresses, so you could change it to 'user.name' or 'us.er.na.me' and so forth to sign up under a new email address at Boost (i.e. [email protected]) while still receiving emails sent to those alternate period-based usernames in your main account's inbox.

P.S. Outlook.com / Hotmail, I believe, honors the '+' sign alias syntax but am not sure it ignores the period '.' character in usernames.

99% chance it will be T-Mobile. Almost impossible to get ATT these days, but some have gotten lucky. In my experience, any MVNO using T-Mobile are much more deprioritized than ATT-based networks, but YMMV of course. FWIW, SIM IDs that start with 89012 are T-Mobile and 89014 are ATT.

Hotmail allows periods in usernames at signup (I have a [email protected] email)
OK, but supporting and ignoring are two different things. The post I responded to asked how to sign up at boost under an existing email address (at Boost) while being eligible for new customer only promos. If Hotmail ignores periods, the [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], etc. should all go to the same inbox. If, however, Hotmail does not ignore the period character, then each of those address variations are separate Hotmail accounts (and thus separate inboxes). In Gmail, they are all the same account.

I just signed up for this deal last night.
When I login on my portal I see 35Gb of data available, even though it's advertised as 30Gb. Perhaps it's the same plan as last month. Portal shows it's the $25 Unlimited 12 month Plan.

There also is 12Gb of hotspot included.
I ported a number and signed up using eSIM after completing purchase and all worked fine. My Visible Plus $35 for 6 months plan expired yesterday so I had to port ASAP. No problems with port. I was assigned a T-Mobile SIM. Before activating I chatted with CSR because I had a Boost SIM lying around that was from ATT and wanted to test if I could use it. They attempted to activate it but wasn't able to use it since I had used the SIM before. If you have a new SIM it might be possible to activate it in lieu of the automatically assigned one. I needed to port quickly so I just activated the T-Mobile eSIM.

Speeds are variable but on one location I was able to get 550Mbps so not bad.

WiFi calling is available and you can also purchase additional extras such as $10 Global Text & Talk.

are there taxes and fees added and is it done monthly? or just $150 all in?

Is there a latest date the Sim has to be activated (when porting in a number)? I don't see it in the terms and thought it was posted in the past deals.

I purchased 2 on the same account last time. When you finish checking out or at some point during the check out process it'll ask if you want a second line.
can you add more than one additional line? I don't see any options in the checkout page other than porting number.

Same question. We're there additional taxes or fees or is the total $150?

Same thing? The plan in the OP, while it requires a $150 payment up-front for 12 months of service, comes out to $12.50/month. On top of that, it includes unlimited data (throttled after 30GB/month). It thus includes 6x as much unthrottled data as your $15/mo plan (of 5GB of monthly data). If your plan's data allotment is hard capped, that's a major (negative) difference too. The only benefit, it seems, your plan offers is paying $15 each month rather than $150 up-front, but you end up paying $180 for 12 months of your inferior plan. Thus, not "the same thing" at all.Wink
plus the three month thing would require swapping sims, activation, all that PITA stuff every three months I believe. Not the same at all.

How bad is the TMO deprioritize vs ATT? I have great TMO service where I am and generally a city suburban type not rural. I'm currently on the TMO $10/month data only plan 2GB and its generally just fine. If I use the data up I either bump it up for the month or use something else. This is nice at $12.50, although it wont work with the Amex Bus Plat $10/month get your fee reimbursed fully. But ok.

After 1 year is up, is it possible to switch to $25/month unlimited plan instead of paying yearly of $300? I just don't like to commit to a yearly plan just in case if there's a promo from other carriers.
man that's planning ahead Wink I don't think you commit to anything. Just cancel at the end of the year and get whatever the Next Great Thing is. Set a reminder I guess, I will...
