I've had it happen twice now. Both times a simple 'product not as described' return/refund was not an issue. But suspect many would not realize they got a fake.

I don't understand all the ratings of these cards and would have assumed U1 was the best, so could you please explain why that's bad? What are we supposed to be looking for if we want high quality?
Depends more on the use case scenario and speed you need. I doubt a Nintendo switch can take advantage of the higher speeds, especially when reading data.
I bought the Extreme last week for the Action 4.
