Pricing-wise, this is a great deal, but this brand doesn't taste all that good. Milton's is much better (and yes it does cost more).

I'm terribly sorry from the bottom of my heart that you know what that tastes like. I guess you grew up in a farm?

I'm unfamiliar with the "Milton's" brand, but I cook, and I know what good food is supposed to taste like (especially pizza)! You're being too kind! This is the equivalent of cardboard with near tasteless sauce and toppings! I can understand the need for a product such as this for certain sensitive individuals, but, IMO, you're sacrificing too much by eating this! If you're not in this group and like pizza (who doesn't?), then don't waste your money (any amount) on this!

Cauliflower crust = crust with a tiny bit of cauliflower added but mostly still flour? What's the point of this? Sugar content seems on par with regular pizza.

I'd like to try it but buying 4 and then finding out it sucks would be lame.
You could buy one using the Walgreens pick-up trick listed in the previous comments.

Oprah did a cauliflower pizza a few years ago which sounds like what you are describing. It was near free but even then hard to eat. If you eat this pizza because you're gluten intolerant then this pizza is perfect. If you're on a diet, the macros in this pizza are pretty lousy and you should just eat regular pizza or make your own cauliflower or "fat head crust' pizza. Miltons is good but expensive for this little pizza

100% 🎯 What is being allowed as subs for the real thing is sacrilege. Perhaps those "diet specific" have lowered their expectations but yeah, this Cauli stuff is beyond terrible.

How about the plain crusts? I am paying about $7 for two at Wallyworld. Any deals on just the plain crust?

You've never heard of Celiac disease? (In case you aren't aware, it uses rice flour, not regular flour).

If you can't eat gluten then just don't eat foods that normally have gluten. Why force down fake pizza when there are millions of other good foods to eat that already don't have gluten?

Cauliflower crust = crust with a tiny bit of cauliflower added but mostly still flour? What's the point of this? Sugar content seems on par with regular pizza.
Cauliflower is the main ingredient of the crust followed by rice flour. 1/2 pizza (155g) Calories 350. Carbs 44 g, Sodium 540 mg, Fat 14g incl 5g saturated from one or more: Canola oil, Sunflower oil, olive oil

Milton's: The second ingredient is mozzarella cheese followed by rice flour. Serving size is identical at 156g as is the total fat but 9g is saturated from cheese vs 5g. Sodium is much higher @870 mg. Calories 360. Protein 20g vs 12g.

These are intended as healthier comfort foods not health or diet foods.

Vitamix Cauliflower Mash faster and easier: I grind the Cauliflower dry then soften-steam it in a well oiled heavy covered skillet with EVO and butter. The fat especially the butter is what makes it truly satisfying even if a less healthy comfort food. Seasonings: Try thyme cracked pepper, Parmesan.
For creamy smooth, cool slightly, return to Vitamix, pulse gently but don't over-blend.

I just had one and they were okay. They're tiny and I have a hard time believing that anyone in their right mind would pay the original price of $11.49
