I was looking for a keyboard that supported both MacOS and Windows. This looks to be a reasonable deal (on clearance).

(1) Requires Logitech Flow-enabled mouse and Logi Options+ software, available for Windows and macOS.

Logitech sells palm rests that match this size…twenty bucks as a separate SKU
It was on sale last year, 10 dollars, actually it's kinda low profile, used over 3 years without palmrest.
Yes. And you can also get the bundle with the mx master 3s mouse at bestbuy.

It says you need minimum of two items in the fine print but i added two items - entered promo code in cart then deleted the second item and it allowed the 15% off one item.
not sure which one is better personally but read the MX S newer and keys may be slightly better according to some so will take a shot for $8 more.

-The MX Keys S has minor physical differences in its F-row shortcuts.
-MX Keys S offers auto-brightness adjustment and more backlighting customization options.
-Connectivity: MX Keys S uses Bluetooth or Logi BOLT receiver, while MX Keys uses Bluetooth or Logitech Unifying Receiver.
