There are many reasons for clearance.
Mostly, because the product is outdated or seasonal products.
I won't judge it if I don't have one. It could be outdated without usb-c PD etc.
I own other Walmart branded power banks , they were from clearance for $5 20kmah, very impressive quality built, they were outdated for USB A 2A max.

Yeah... Those are, "Wal-Mart branded power banks". Not some no name brand with bad feedback. I'm all about finding some quality in sleeper products but when the reviews and specs suck, it's kind of hard to argue with the general consensus here...
