I am a Shokz addict. I have tried almost every model they make and own about half of them. I wear one open fit on my left ear most of the time, and I can go to sleep on my right size with zero discomfort. For years, I slept with the mini on, but the openfit is even more comfortable. When I'm doing something loud, like mowing the lawn, I wear pro mini and some earplugs. The bone conduction means I can hear great. When I shower, I wear another pair of open run to listen to my books, because a shower will ruin the microphone. The one with the boom mic is great for work, too. I used it a lot during covid when I was in group meetings and had others at home. Better mic pickup, of course.

I find the volume too low for comfortable use on the plane. But I swear by they for all other uses.

It's annoying, yes. But they didn't adopt USB-C just to be jerks. It's part of the water resistance thing. The magnetic charge point has fewer tiny holes for water to get into.

Can confirm. One of my pairs died once when I was in Chickfila lol. Just felt a strong buzz and they wouldn't turn on. They were OOS of the mini and sent me a pair of normal size instead and then said once they had replacement stock of the mini they'll send another one. I got both the refurb replacement openrun and the new openrun mini on the same day and they said to keep and enjoy them both Smilie
