Also, you are missing labor + time. To go buy those ingredients and cook them is gonna take more than an hour. You are paying $7 for that hour

As for a recession, a really big sign is the Fed not being able to really do anything to curb inflation. They know inflation will skyrocket if they cut rates but if they don't start cutting rates soon the layoffs will start magnifying.

You can use rewards for stamps.
You can not use rewards for gift cards.
OD/OM does PM Amerzon, wallymart,BB, targets and staplers on items they carry in store. You can use rewards on top of a price match. For instance once a month they run a 100% back in rewards on Duracell AA and AAA bateries. I will have them PM Amerzon to just save on the exsessive sales tax. Yea you get 100% back, but you pay the sales tax twice. Once you buy the bateries and again when you spend the rewards. In store a 16 pack is like $20. Amerzon will have them for $12. I Save on the sales tax on the $8 differance. It all helps these days.
I think of these deals as a nice reward if you actually can use them. I like to see the tottal wine GC on this deal. They useually offer a deal like this once a month but offen the description of the cards included in the offer is as clear as mud, but if you call / chat with them they are useualy understanding. Who cant use a discounted gift card ?
Rewards is a tool to get you in the store. Its up to you what you do with them. You can always get them to PM on stuff like charmin, tide, and dawn dish soap. I look for the rewards offer when they offer 50% back on those things. They will give you a reciept that I would be using for that $15 P&G rebate after a target or amerzon PM.. win win..
